2、Can I get samples? 
Sure. We usually provide stock samples for free，You only need to pay the freight. But a little sample 
charge for custom
designs.Samples charge will be refundable when order quantity reaches certain amount. Sending samples 
by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. 
If youhave carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. It takes about 2-4 days to 
arrive you. 
3、Can I make my customize logo and packaging or private label?
Yes, please contact us for specific details if you need a logo or custom packaging.
4、How long is sample lead time? 
For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days. 1-2pcs is free. If you want your own design, it takes 4-10 
days, depending designs. 
5、What format of file do you need if we want our own design? 
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the best 
for complicated designs) We
will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation. 
6、How many colors are available? 
We match colors with pantone color codes. So you can just tell us Pantone color codes you need. We 
will match the colors. Or we
will recommend some popular colors to you.
