1. Shower wall panel (Shower) equipment

Intelligent extrusion system: The use of German imported twin screw extruder (screw diameter 105mm, aspect ratio 22:1), with hydraulic forming mold, the production of and waterproof wall panel, annual capacity of 50,000 tons 1.

Flame retardant treatment line: through the UL94 V-0 fire test, the proportion of flame retardant added is accurate to ±0.3%.

2. Marble wall panel (Marble) equipment

3D printing coating line: Integrated UV curing technology (energy density ≥800mJ/cm²), to achieve marble precision 0.1mm reengraving, support 1220×3000mm large plate customization 2.

Calcium powder modification system: the raw material ratio is 62% calcium carbonate +35%PVC resin, and the mixing uniformity is > 98% through the double planetary mixer.

Heat transfer equipment: temperature control accuracy ±2℃, hot printing speed up to 15m/min, can produce high light/matte/antique and other surface effects.

3. WPC wall panel equipment

Wood-plastic blending system: equipped with automatic weighing and feeding machine (error < 0.5%), supporting the precise ratio of wood powder (60-80 mesh) and recycled plastic (ratio ≥70%) 4.

Four-dimensional vacuum molding machine: the 6-meter-long molding section achieves a density of 0.8-1.2g/cm³, a closed cell ratio of > 85%, and a bending strength of 35MPa.

Dust-free cutting center: Diamond saw blade imported from Germany (speed 3000rpm), cutting accuracy ±0.3mm, support V-groove /45° bevel processing.

4. PVC wall panel equipment

High-speed gravure printing line: equipped with 10-color gravure printing machine (printing speed 120m/min), to achieve accurate overprinting of marble/wood grain/geometric pattern3.

Online laminating unit: PET film bonding strength > 3N/mm (GB/T 2792 standard), scratch resistance up to 4H (ASTM D3363).

Foaming control system: micro-foaming density 0.4-0.7g/cm³, thermal conductivity ≤0.15W/(m·K), in line with building energy conservation standards.
